When you register an Aosom.com account you begin earning points (1 point for every dollar you spend) on your purchases. You can use your points on your next order, or save them up for something special. This is another way we say Thank You! for being our customer.

- 1. Is there any cost to join?Nope, just register an account and log in before your purchase to earn points for your purchases!
- 2. When can I use my Aosom Rewards Points?You can use your Aosom Rewards Points on your next orders. The maximum you can use for an order is 1000 Aosom Rewards Points, or 30% of the order total (whichever greater).
- 3. Can I transfer my Aosom Rewards Points?Sorry, points cannot be transferred to another person. Points are not redeemable for cash. Points can only be redeemed for a discount on the purchase of Aosom products.
- 4. How do I apply my Aosom Rewards Points to my order?During the checkout process, you will be given an option to apply your accrued points. Once selected, your points will be applied as a discount.
The maximum you can use for an order is 1000 Aosom Rewards Points, or 30% of the order total (whichever greater).
For example, if you have saved up 1,500 points ($15 value) and your order total is $100, you can apply the maximum of 1,000 points for a $10 discount, and your new order total will be $90.
But if your order total was only $20, only a maximum of 600 points ($6 value) can be applied (as 30% of $20 = $6).
Any unused points will remain in your account for future use or until they expire. - 5. How can I check my points?You can check your points in your Aosom account at any time.
- 6. How many points do I need to accrue before I can redeem them for products?There is no minimum limit for points you can apply to a purchase, up to you!
- 7. How many points do I get from a purchase?For every $1 you spend, you receive 1 reward point. Every 100 points = $1 discount on a future purchase.
- 8. Do points expire?Points expire after 365 days. (Points collected before last year will expire at the end of this year. )
Points are deleted upon use and are non-refundable. If the purchased product is returned, you will not receive the points back. - 9. Can points be used in conjunction with discounts from the Aosom VIP Membership Program?No, you cannot combine discounts from these two programs. Upon upgrading an account to the Aosom VIP program, any accrued Aosom Rewards Points will be deleted from the account.
